Painting

As I really enjoyed last month's art project, this month I decided to do something similar. The process involved choosing colors first and just going along with whatever I found suitable at the moment. I really like these types of projects because I never stress about them looking wrong which makes the whole process of creating them so much more fun and I always end up loving the end result too.

Running, Gym, Static exercises

As my leg was taking far too long to heal, I finally went and saw a physiater. Thankfully, I didn't fracture my muscle but I do have a medial tibial stress syndrome. This caused me to rely much more on my good leg which caused the atrophy of the shin muscle of the leg I was sparing. The physeter said this could be a long-term problem for me if I don't start working on fixing it right away. I was advised to keep using kinesiology tape and was given instructions to do specialized shin strengthening exercises I'm supposed to do every day. Also, It helps to run so that's what I also continued doing. In the meantime, I started going to the gym to get in more exercise but also to help my leg get stronger faster. I can only hope to finally get better so I can return to my serious training again.

Helping friends with their homework

This month I decided to concentrate more on helping my friends with their school as at this time of the year most tests are scheduled and I find it to be the most stressful part of the year. Thankfully, everyone was doing well and didn't need help with studying, the only thing some asked me to help with ware their homework or school projects. For example, as I am taking Germain outside of school, I was more than happy to help a friend with an email they had to write as homework. After they wrote it, I made sure all the sentences made sense and were dramatically correct. I also helped them with the vocabulary.
